Yeh jadugar nahi, balki **Concentration Science** ka khel hai.
Agar aap **JEE 2027** ki taiyari kar rahe hain, toh aapka sabse bada mukabla Instagram reels, YouTube shorts aur gaming apps se hai. In cheezon ne hamare brain ki "Attention Span" ko chota kar diya hai. At **Jee Master Hub**, hum mante hain ki Focus ek muscle haiājitni kasrat karoge, utni mazboot hogi. Is article mein hum dimaag ki gehri partal karenge aur seekhenge ki kaise 100% concentration haasil karein.
Dimaag mein ek chemical hota hai jise **Dopamine** kehte hain. Jab aap social media use karte hain, toh dopamine "cheap" tarike se release hota hai, jisse aapko turant maza aata hai. Lekin padhai ek long-term reward hai. Jab aap mushkil Physics numerical solve karte hain, toh dopamine dheere release hota hai.
JEE 2027 ke liye aapko apne brain ko "Cheap Dopamine" se door rakh kar "Deep Work" ke liye train karna hoga.

Aapka dimaag aapke mahool (environment) se signal leta hai. Agar aap apne bistar (bed) par baith kar padhte hain, toh dimaag ko neend ka signal milta hai.
Rule: Padhne ke liye ek fix table aur chair rakhein. Wahan sirf padhai ki cheezein honi chahiye. Table par khana, phone ya faltu magazines bilkul na rakhein.
Kayi baar hum padhna shuru hi nahi kar paate kyunki topic bahut bada lagta hai. Aise mein dimaag se kahein: "Main sirf 5 minute padhunga, uske baad chhod dunga." Aksar dekha gaya hai ki ek baar momentum ban jaye, toh dimaag 1 ghante tak rukta nahi hai. Shuruat karna hi sabse bada challenge hai.

Log multitasking ko garv (pride) ki baat samajhte hain, lekin brain science kehti hai ki multitasking ek myth hai. Hamara dimaag sirf "Task Switching" karta hai, jisse energy waste hoti hai. Agar Maths solve kar rahe hain, toh dimaag mein Chemistry ki chinta nahi honi chahiye. Ek waqt par ek hi subject ka dukh ya sukh manayein.
